What is your return policy?
Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Return request after this time will not be approved. Items should be returned new, unused and in original packaging. In the unlikely event of damaged items please email us at Noplacelikehomeinteriors@outlook.com
How do I make a return?
Please email us as soon as possible should you wish to return for information and arrangement. No Place Like Home Interiors Ltd do not cover the return shipping costs and original postage costs are non-refundable.
How long does a return take to process?
We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of return receipt. Return payment will be made to original method of payment. You will receive a notification of refund. Please note that refund can take up to 10 days depending on your bank or original payment method.
What happens if my order arrives damaged/incorrect?
Items are quality checked before despatch, but on occasion items can be damaged in transit. In the unlikely event of a damaged/ incorrect item please email us straight away for us to resolve. We will need pictures taken and sent of any damage. We can then organise replacement/ refund accordingly. The customer must check ALL Items when delivery is made. Any damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery, including picture proof and order number. Under no circumstance should the customer dispose of any damaged item unless advised by us at No Place Like Home Interiors Ltd. Any items disposed of without our permission will not be refunded.
